Therapeutic approaches
Cognitive-behavioural approach: an approach that aims to help the client identify negative thoughts and change them into more positive and realistic ones, which has an impact on emotions and behaviours.
Systemic approach (couple): an approach that takes into account the respective reality experienced by each of the partners, who wish to better understand each other, share a life together and know how to find their place to express their needs and feelings.
